• Bedroom 2 with 2 x 3ft beds, bedside table, bedside light, chest of drawers and wardrobe, night storage heater. 
• Shower room with large, low access electric shower with 1 vertical wall safety handle , basin, toilet, heated towel rail. 
• Allocated car parking space
• No smoking and no pets please.

• 32" flat screen free view TV and DVD player
• Duvets and linen to all beds and waterproof under sheets for single beds   
• Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner 
•  Shared rotary clothes dryer in the back garden
• Picnic table and bench in the garden and sun umbrella
• Please note there is no Wi-Fi but 4/5G available with occasional momentary breaks
•  Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
